Long-Term Running Goals:
Run a half marathon
My body was hurting but it felt good to get some of the latic acid out of my legs then I did 20 v- ups 20 russian twist and 10 push ups
One mile today my knee was hurting a little so I knew not to push it. Then I did dance practice!
Today I did some speed for 15 minutes I have to build my self back up to where I used to be. Then I did the same ab and arm work I did monday.
Ran 11:01 mile
Did some speed work today and it felt good.
